Reasonably priced and ideal hotel near S-Bahn station. Classic-style building, large rooms with big bathroom and double bed, for example. Excellent location at walking distance from Falckenberg Collection. Great business trip in this nice quiet area.

Good location for our final destination and for shopping, free private parking, large rooms,
No safety box, poor toilet facilities, it use the old key sistem instead a card to open the doors that create the impresion of a non 4 stars hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - just steps away from the S-Bahn and surrounded by two shopping malls and a Karstadt. Being a shopaholic, this was the best part for me. The hotel's interior might need some updating, but everything was well-maintained and clean. Another great feature was the free Wi-Fi that worked seamlessly throughout my stay. Furthermore, the parking facilities were convenient and although there was a small fee of €10, it was well worth it.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this 4-star hotel to all.

Staff very friendly... I asked for an iron and toothpaste and they provided me without charge... They do speak english. Hotel very near the metro station (less than 200m walking). Clean room and toilet, large windows, simple but everything very clean and organized. Very good value for money and nice place to stay for whom is visiting TUHH. Internet is not included in the fee of the apartment and was a bit expensive; also breakfeast expensive.

A good, no frills 4 star. Great value for money for a solo traveller even with breakfast. Close to S-bahn and shops. There's a decent bar/restaurant (called Oktober) 5 mins walk away open until 4am.
I'm a fan of no frills and like not having to pay for things I don't use. I do, however, think that having to pay €13 per day to watch TV is a bit mean.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, just as they appeared in the photos. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly appreciated Frau P.'s help at the reception desk, guiding me through the subway system and making my trip into the city so much easier. The location of this place was perfect, right next to the tube station and surrounded by two shopping malls and Karstadt. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, providing a great start to the day. It was clear that this hotel values comfort and quality service.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Nothing fancy, just fundamentally right. The room was very neat and clean, and everything in the bathroom, from the shower to the hair dryer, were adequate. Although Wi-Fi costs a fortune, there is a free computer with connection available in the lobby, making it hastle free for those with an urgent need to look something up. Very satisfied especially considering the value of money (I paid €134.50 for the two of us for two nights).
Breakfast buffet costs like €15 per person and lunch and dinner for €21 which is a little ridiculous. With all the dining options around this place (there are several major shopping malls within walking distance), don't get yourself ripped off on the meals.
